2016 Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Grapes for this Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon blend were hand picked from our original Pokolbin vineyards that
were planted in the late 1960s.

This ruby red wine has a bouquet of cassis with an underlying note of spicy plums and a savoury,
mocha oak background.

The Cabernet brings a little more body to the wine and matches perfectly with roast chicken or pork.

Best consumed over the next 10 years.
